What is the entry process?
Entries are to be nominated by each brand using the online form on weaningworld.com. Entries open on 10th May and close for entry on 1st June. Between 4th and 25th June, all products will be put forward to judging and to the consumer vote. We will use a combination of both voting methods, but the ultimate decision will lie with the judges. Winners will be announced on 7th July
How much is it to enter?
It costs just £55 including VAT per entry per category. We have kept the cost low as we want brands to enter as many categories as possible! This fee is administrative.
How many samples do I need to provide and are they returnable?
If you are a product, we require just one sample of your product in total, regardless of how many categories you have entered. If you are entering a digital workshop/influencer then just provide a link. Products are preferably non-returnable unless specified otherwise and postage/collection can be covered by the entrant. All samples are to be sent by 4th June at the very latest to Weaning World, 2nd Floor, 30 Market Place, Hitchin, Herts. SG5 1DY
If I change my mind, can I get a refund?
Once you have entered the awards and paid, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. We can pull your award at your request, but a refund will not be made.
Who are the judges?
We will be announcing our judges shortly, so keep your eyes and your veggies peeled!
If I win, when do I find out and how do I get my awards badge?
Awards will be announced on Weaning Week social media platforms on 7th July 2021. We will send more details nearer the date! If you are a winner, you will receive your awards badge within a couple of days after the announcement.
