Apple Pie Oats recipe
|1 small apple, finely grated|
|1 1/2cups milk of your choice|
|1tsp ceylon cinnamon|
|1/2tsp mixed spice|
|1tbsp milled flaxseed|
|A couple Crushed pecan nuts or use sunflower seeds for nut free alternative|
For the sautéed apples (optional)
|1 apple, peeled and chopped into fine pieces|
|1tbsp butter or coconut oil|
|1/2tsp Ceylon cinnamon|
