400ml Coconut milk | |
175g Rice | |
1/2can Black beans | |
1/4 teaspoon All spice | |
1/4teaspoon Cinnamon | |
1 Small mango, peeled and finely chopped | |
Directions

Place all of the ingredients except for the mango into a saucepan. Place the lid on over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is soft.

If the coconut milk starts to look dry during cooking, you may need to add some water. This will depend on the brand of coconut milk used.
