Ingredients

1 Small amount of butter | |
200g blackcurrants (fresh or frozen) | |
1 apple, peeled & diced | |
250g blueberries | |
200g strawberries, hulled & halved | |
1 ripe banana | |
100ml water |
Directions

Get started
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Mark as complete

Add the blackcurrants
Add the blackcurrants and apple. Stir over the heat for 2 minutes.
Mark as complete

Add water
Add the water and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until the fruits are soft and all of the water has evaporated.
Mark as complete

Add the blueberries
Add the blueberries and strawberries and stir for one minute.
Mark as complete
5.
Add the banana
Add the banana, then blend to the desired consistency.
Mark as complete
