Ingredients

Adjust Servings
450g porridge oats
570ml whole fat milk
1 Frozen raspberries
1 Pinch of cinnamon
1 Grated Apple
1 Raisins
1 Mashed Banana
1 Any fruit puree (just don’t add too much to make the mixture too wet)

Directions

Get started

Pre-heat the oven to 180*
Mark as complete
2.

Mix

Mix the oats and milk and ensure all the oats are well covered.
Mark as complete
3.

Fold

Fold in one or two of your optional extras.
Mark as complete
4.

Spoon

Spoon into a greased muffin tin / cake cases
Mark as complete
5.

Extra topping

Add some extra topping on top of each porridge cake.
Mark as complete
6.

Bake

Pop into the oven for 12-15 mins
Mark as complete
7.

Allow to cool and serve!

Mark as complete
