| 3/4cup oats | |
| 1 small apple, finely grated | |
| 1 1/2cups milk of your choice | |
| 1tsp ceylon cinnamon | |
| 1/2tsp mixed spice | |
| 1tbsp milled flaxseed | |
| A couple Crushed pecan nuts or use sunflower seeds for nut free alternative | 
For the sautéed apples (optional)
| 1 apple, peeled and chopped into fine pieces | |
| 1tbsp butter or coconut oil | |
| 1/2tsp Ceylon cinnamon | 
Directions
			
				1.			
				
					
			
					Combine
Combine the oats, grated apple and milk in a pan and cook over low-medium heat for a couple of minutes.

					Cook
Stir in the flaxseed, mixed spice, cinnamon, crushed nuts and cook for 6-7 mins, stirring until thick and creamy (if the mixture seems too thick, add a splash more milk)

					Heat
While the oats are cooking, heat the butter (or coconut oil) in a pan over a low heat.

			Sauté
