Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 x Pack of ready to Roll Puff Pastry
350g Boneless Salmon Fillet cut into small cubes
1 x Beaten Egg

Directions

Heat

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Mark as complete

Prepare

Lay the pastry flat, place a cube of salmon on the pastry and cut around the salmon leaving a 2 – 3 cm gap all of the way around. Fold the pastry over the salmon to make a sealed parcel. Repeat this with all of the salmon cubes.
Mark as complete

Bake

Place on the parcels on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, brush the pastry with the beaten egg. Cook in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown and salmon cooked all of the way through.

4.

Serve

Serve with your favourite veggies!
