Baked Sea Bass with Peas by The Grandparent Hub
Sea bass is a great healthy fish to use for all the family. Sea bass is very soft which lends itself really well to weaning. We would recommend this for 12 months plus and be careful to remove all the bones and mash it up
1 x Sea Bass fillet
Peas – mashed slightly
low salt stock
Wrap the fillet of sea bass and peas with a small amount of low salt stock in a tin foil parcel and baked in the oven for 25 mins. Mash up and serve with little one’s favourite vegetables!
