    Baked Sea Bass with Peas by The Grandparent Hub

    Sea bass is a great healthy fish to use for all the family. Sea bass is very soft which lends itself really well to weaning.  We would recommend this for 12 months plus and be careful to remove all the bones and mash it up

    Ingredients

    Adjust Servings
    1 x Sea Bass fillet
    Peas – mashed slightly
    low salt stock

    Directions

    Bake

    Wrap the fillet of sea bass and peas with a small amount of low salt stock in a tin foil parcel and baked in the oven for 25 mins. Mash up and serve with little one’s favourite vegetables!
    Mark as complete
