| Dash of olive oil | |
| Half an onion | |
| Small courgette | |
| 1 Small pepper | |
| Half tin of chopped tomatoes | 
Directions
			
				1.			
				
					
			
					Heat
Fry off the onion in the olive oil until it’s tender
										
					
						
						Mark as complete
					
				
			
				2.			
				
					
			
					Chop
Cut up the vegetables into small chunks and remove any seeds
										
					
						
						Mark as complete
					
				
			
				3.			
				
					
			
					Cook
Pop these into a pan and cook for 5 mins
										
					
						
						Mark as complete
					
				
			
				4.			
				
					
			
					Reduce
Then add the chopped tomatoes. Cooking until all the ingredients have reduced down

				5.			
				
					
			
			Reduce some more
For older children you can serve as is or reduce it down further by popping into a blender.
