Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
4tbsp full-fat cream cheese
227g strawberries, hulled and finely diced
1 medium egg, whisked

Directions

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease or line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Mark as complete

Spread

Unroll the puff pastry sheet and spread it evenly with the cream cheese .
Mark as complete
3.

Sprinkle

Sprinkle the diced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese.
Mark as complete
4.

Roll

Re-roll the pastry sheet horizontally
Mark as complete
5.

Cut

Use a sharp knife to cut your pinwheels every 2.5cm (if this makes too many, you can freeze some before cooking)
Mark as complete
6.

Brush

Place your pinwheels onto the baking tray and brush with the whisked egg
Mark as complete
7.

Bake

Bake your pinwheels in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve once cooled.
